We accept refund requests for all products — including food items — if you’re not satisfied. However, returns are not accepted on food items due to hygiene and safety considerations. For non-food items, returns may be accepted if they meet our eligibility conditions.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • Your product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Your item does not meet your expectations.

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • For non-food items: they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Returns Policy

We do not accept physical returns of food items, including but not limited to:

  • Dried citrus slices

  • Dried botanicals

  • Flavoured salts

  • Any garnish or edible product

This is for safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons. However, if there is a quality issue with any food item, we will issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-food items (e.g., garnish boards, tools, packaging accessories) may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is not excluded (see Section 5).

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request (or returned item, if applicable), we will:

  • Review your request and inspect any returned goods.

  • Confirm approval or denial within 3–5 business days.

  • Process refunds via your original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.

Refunds will be for the value of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods).


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Food products, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (unless faulty).

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

These items may still be refunded if they are faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory — just contact us.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for food items.
For non-food items, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund instead.


7. Shipping for Returns (Non-Food Items Only)

If you’re returning an eligible item:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable courier to ensure your item is returned safely.

  • We are not liable for returned items that go missing in transit and cannot process a refund without proof of return.
