The Garnish Club London Cosmopolitan
This recipe uses the muscovado sugar and hibiscus for infusion, and the specialty salts for a perfect rim.

| Liqueur | Triple Sec (or Cointreau) | 25 ml (0.8 oz) |
| Juice | Cranberry Juice | 50 ml (1.7 oz) |
| Acidity | Fresh Lime Juice | 15 ml (0.5 oz) |
| Infusion | Muscovado Sugar | 1 tsp (or to taste) |
| Infusion | Hibiscus Flower (petals) | 1 flower or a pinch |
| Garnish | Raspberry & Orange Salts | For the rim |
Method
- Prepare the Rim: Pour a small amount of raspberry & orange salts onto a plate. Run a lime or blood orange wedge around the rim of your chilled martini or coupe glass. Gently press the outer edge of the glass rim into the salts to create a vibrant, flavorful ring.
- Infuse & Mix: Add the vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, muscovado sugar, and hibiscus flower/petals to the Garnish Club shaker jar.
- Chill: Fill the shaker jar with ice. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold.
- Serve: Double-strain the mixture into your prepared, salt-rimmed glass.
- Final Garnish: Garnish with the included dried cranberries and a slice of the lime or blood orange garnish.
